He in no way mentioned the assault weapons ban ended because of that report. The assault weapons ban ended as a result of the law's sunset provision in 2004.
Kevin, you explained that Krauthammer is correct, but now say you did not always agree with him? So, to carry this to its logical conclusion, you'd desire to become "wrong"? If you read through his post, I don't see in which he always altered his position about the assault weapon ban.

And Krauthammer said he supported a so-called assault weapons ban in 1994.
